Tube and Pipe Bending
The Parker Fabrication Bend Department has an array of bending devices including Pines and Horn CNC benders that have capability for bending from 1/4” to 6+” geometry. The Bend Department has a significant amount of bend tooling on hand. Custom tooling can be internally or externally designed and manufactured to most any customer bend specifications or needs. Mandrel Bending and Structural Bending are the expertise of Parker Fabrication.

Structural Steel Bending - Abilities include bending up to 6" x 10" x 3/8" wall structural steel

Mandrel Tube Bending – Sizes from 1/4" to 8" in diameter

The Bend Department also has capability to form large structural steel. Some current components involve push bending 6”x 10” / 0.375” wall tube on a 100 inch radius. Capabilities for the push bending are fairly application specific, so please contact us for further details.
All Bend Department product will be inspected using the CMM device per internal specifications and/or customer defined criteria. Components can be inspected using the PCDIMS or by a non-contact method and the DOCS software.
