Quality
The Parker Fabrication Quality Department uses the latest in measurement equipment to verify components meet print requirements. The quality department uses a Romer Infinity Plus 2.0 CMM along with PCDIMS and DOCS software for component inspection. The use of PCDIMS and inspection device coupled with the Pro-E capabilities allows for 3-D models to be imported directly into the inspection software yielding inspection programs that use the 3-D model for all basic data and GD&T requirements.
The Quality Department inspectors have a complete understanding the the ASTM Y14.5 1994 standard along with significant experience with customer supplied internal requirements.
The Quality Department will automatically inspect components to current internal standards, or if directed, inspect to any frequency specified by the customer. Inspection reports can be supplied, if previously requested Statistical quality inspection results, such as Cpk values for critical requirements can also be supplied, if originally requested. The Quality Department is prepared to process any PPAP requirements per the customers current PPAP process.
